Refund policy
As a general rule, we cannot accept cancellations after an order has been completed, or exchanges or returns due to customer convenience. In addition, we take all possible measures to ensure that the product is perfect, but in the unlikely event that the product arrives soiled, damaged, or different from the ordered product, please contact us using the inquiry form within 7 days after the product arrives.
